Prophecy for Peru Under Keiko Fujimori’s Government

Bendiciones, amada Iglesia de Cristo Jesús. Hoy estoy aquí para hablar sobre lo que vi bajo el gobierno de Keiko Fujimori, quien fue recientemente elegida presidenta del Perú.

Blessings, beloved Church of Jesus Christ. Today I am here to speak about what I saw under the government of Keiko Fujimori, who was recently elected president of Peru.

[Isaiah 21:6] For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth.

El Señor me envió a hablar lo que he visto en intercesión por este país, y es mano dura, es vara de hierro. Mientras intercedía por Perú, escuchaba una y otra vez: «La dama de hierro peruana. Keiko Fujimori, la dama de hierro peruana».

The Lord sent me to speak about what I have seen in intercession for this country: a heavy hand, a rod of iron. While I was interceding for Peru, I heard again and again: “The Peruvian Iron Lady. Keiko Fujimori, the Peruvian Iron Lady.”

Ella viene a poner límites firmes. Ella viene a vigilar. Ella viene a controlar. Ella viene a tomar decisiones rápidas, firmes, determinadas, decididas. La veía montada en un caballo, tomando las riendas y golpeándolo fuertemente en sus lomos con una vara de hierro, pero no era por el Espíritu de Dios, sino por su propia fuerza.

She is coming to set firm limits. She is coming to monitor. She is coming to control. She is coming to make quick, firm, determined, resolute decisions. I saw her mounted on a horse, taking the reins and striking it hard on its back with a rod of iron, not by the Spirit of God, but by her own strength.

Mientras estaba vigilando desde la torre de atalaya y viendo lo que se venía a Perú, el Señor me dijo: «Avisa a mi pueblo que esto es lo que viene a mi tierra peruana. Hazles saber que ella viene a querer levantar paredes de acero alrededor de Perú. Ella viene a encerrarlo y a aislarlo del resto del mundo».

While I was watching from the prophetic watchtower and seeing what was coming to Peru, the Lord told me: “Warn My people that this is what is coming to My land of Peru. Let them know that she will want to put up steel walls around Peru. She is coming to shut it in and isolate it from the rest of the world.”

Yo escuchaba: «Nadie entre y nadie salga. Restricciones, barreras, separación». Y ahora vuelvo a escuchar: «Keiko Fujimori, la dama de hierro peruana».

I heard: “No one comes in and no one goes out. Restrictions, barriers, separation.” And now I hear again: “Keiko Fujimori, the Peruvian Iron Lady.”

Mientras recibía estas visiones y estas palabras, el Espíritu Santo me hacía entender que sobre el Perú dominan potestades de dureza. Son potestades que llevan al pueblo a endurecer sus corazones, a ser fríos, testarudos, tercos.

As I was receiving these visions and these words, the Holy Spirit made me understand that spiritual powers of hardness rule over Peru. They are powers that lead the people to harden their hearts, to be cold, obstinate, stubborn.

El Señor me hacía saber que esta mujer viene a enfatizar esa influencia, a multiplicar esa dureza en los corazones peruanos, porque ella misma es así. El Señor me mostraba que ella es una persona muy mental y que es recta en muchas cosas, pero demasiado estricta. Y así como es la cabeza, así es la influencia que va a recibir el cuerpo.

The Lord showed me that this woman is coming to make that influence stronger, to multiply that hardness in Peruvian hearts, because she herself is that way. The Lord showed me that she is a very intellectual person and that she is upright in many things, but too strict. And as the head is, so is the influence the body will receive.

El Señor está avisando a su pueblo peruano sobre estas cosas para que sepa lo que viene, porque su pueblo no está llamado a caminar en tinieblas y en incertidumbre. Dios ha colocado ojos que atalayan el mundo entero para que su pueblo sepa el porvenir y así haya una diferencia entre los justos y los injustos, entre los conversos y los inconversos.

The Lord is warning His Peruvian people about these things so they will know what is coming, because His people are not called to walk in darkness and in uncertainty. God has placed eyes that keep watch over the whole world so His people will know what is ahead, and so there will be a difference between the righteous and the unrighteous, between believers and unbelievers.

[Proverbs 29:1] He, that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy.

Esta señora viene a gobernar con un cetro de dureza, con restricciones, con leyes que dejen bien demarcado lo que se puede hacer y lo que no, con inflexibilidad y con determinación.

This woman is coming to govern with a scepter of hardness, with restrictions, with laws that clearly define what can and cannot be done, with inflexibility and determination.

Yo vi una iglesia observada. Vi al pueblo de Dios teniendo que manejarse sabiamente porque esta señora tenía ojos en todos lados. Vi una iglesia llamada a vivir en quebranto para contrarrestar a esos espíritus de dureza que se van a mover sobre el Perú con más fuerza que antes. Vi que tenía que doblar aún más sus rodillas de una manera genuina y sincera y alabar a Dios, para que esos espíritus no lleguen a influenciarla.

I saw a church under observation. I saw the people of God needing to conduct themselves wisely because this woman had eyes everywhere. I saw a church called to live in brokenness to counteract those spirits of hardness that will move over Peru with greater force than before. I saw that the church needed to bow its knees even more, genuinely and sincerely, and praise God, so those spirits wouldn’t influence it.

El Señor me decía: «Voy a llamar a mi pueblo, a mis hijos, a mis pastores, a mis ministros, a mis líderes a comportarse de una manera totalmente opuesta a la forma en que se van a mover estos espíritus de dureza, que tendrán mayor influencia en este tiempo que viene bajo este gobierno».

The Lord told me: “I will call My people, My children, My pastors, My ministers, My leaders to conduct themselves in a way completely opposite to the way these spirits of hardness will move, spirits that will have greater influence in this coming season under this government.”

Mientras el pueblo del Perú se sienta oprimido por lo que viene a través de esta mujer, mientras sienta una carga y una vigilancia mayores que las anteriores en algunos sentidos, el Señor espera que su pueblo muestre absolutamente lo contrario: blandura, ternura, apertura, libertad, amor, sencillez y una mente abierta, en el sentido de no permitir que estas influencias que vienen limiten la manera de pensar de su pueblo.

While the people of Peru feel oppressed by what is coming through this woman, while they feel a heavier burden and more surveillance than before in some ways, the Lord expects His people to show the absolute opposite: softness, tenderness, openness, freedom, love, simplicity, and an open mind, in the sense of not allowing these coming influences to limit the way His people think.

El Señor va a llamar a muchos en Perú en este tiempo a caminar en el poder del Espíritu Santo en un nivel mayor, para romper estas paredes invisibles que se van a levantar y van a provocar que la gente se sienta limitada, controlada, observada e inclusive empujada a tomar ciertas decisiones o a hacer ciertas cosas.

The Lord will call many in Peru in this time to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit at a higher level, to break these invisible walls that will rise up and cause people to feel limited, controlled, watched, and even pushed to make certain decisions or do certain things.

Yo vi rejas alrededor de Perú en el mapa, como si fuera una cárcel, y el Espíritu de Dios me hacía entender que parte de la ideología y de la manera de pensar de esta señora es limitar el contacto del Perú con otros países. Esto es algo que viene desde sus ancestros.

I saw bars around Peru on the map, as if it were a prison, and the Spirit of God made me understand that part of this woman’s ideology and way of thinking is to limit Peru’s contact with other countries. This is something that comes from her ancestors.

Escuchaba las palabras «aislamiento» y «corte de relaciones internacionales», y si se le permitiera actuar así por determinado tiempo, esta forma de aplicar la autoridad podría llegar a transformarse en una dictadura.

I heard the words “isolation” and “cutting off international relations,” and if she were allowed to act this way for a set period of time, this way of exercising authority could eventually turn into a dictatorship.

Lo que veía era un ambiente cada vez más estricto y militarizado en Perú, con restricciones que antes no estaban y un endurecimiento de los corazones en la nación por causa de estas decisiones que ella ya está determinada a tomar.

What I saw was an increasingly strict and militarized atmosphere in Peru, with restrictions that were not there before and a hardening of hearts in the nation because of these decisions she is already determined to make.

La vi tomando decisiones rápidas, como si ella sintiera que tiene poco tiempo para hacer lo que piensa que tiene que hacer, como tratando de redimir el tiempo, apurada por lograr resultados. Ella tiene una agenda específica ya establecida en su mente desde hace mucho tiempo y no es flexible, porque sabe que cuenta con poco tiempo para tratar de cumplirla.

I saw her making quick decisions, as if she felt she had little time to do what she thinks she needs to do, as if she were trying to make the most of the time, in a hurry to achieve results. She has had a specific agenda fixed in her mind for a long time, and she is not flexible, because she knows she has little time to try to carry it out.

El pueblo del Señor en Perú está cansado de ver cómo la silla presidencial se ocupa y queda vacía una y otra vez, sin que haya estabilidad en la región. Ya no tiene voz para clamar por temas de política y le duelen los ojos de llorar, porque no está endurecido como el resto del país. Y ahora el Señor le dice así a su pueblo en Perú:

The Lord’s people in Peru are tired of watching the presidential seat be filled and vacated again and again, with no stability in the region. They have no voice left to cry out over political matters, and their eyes ache from weeping, because they are not hardened like the rest of the country. And now the Lord says this to His people in Peru:

Hijitos, resistan, porque aún voy a seguir sacudiendo un poco más al Perú.

Little ones, stand firm, because I will keep shaking Peru a little more.

Noelia: El Señor me recuerda que en una palabra profética para Perú en 2022 decía que su pueblo en Perú tenía que resistir porque aún venía un poco más de sacudimiento, porque el Señor todavía estaba desatando nudos y trayendo a la luz cosas que estaban escondidas. Y después vimos cómo el Señor exponía corrupción, malas decisiones, malos tratos y cosas que se estaban realizando por debajo de la mesa. Esto llevó al corte de varias cabezas, provocando que cada presidente de Perú no pueda terminar su mandato.

Noelia: The Lord reminds me that in a prophetic word for Peru in 2022, He said that His people in Peru had to stand firm because a little more shaking was still coming, because the Lord was still untying knots and bringing hidden things to light. And afterward we saw how the Lord exposed corruption, bad decisions, mistreatment, and things that were being done under the table. This led to several heads being cut off, making it impossible for one Peruvian president after another to finish their term.

Entiendan que tengo un plan para mi país peruano, dice el Señor. Entiendan que porque amo a mi hijo peruano, tengo que corregirlo. Esto es parte de mi limpieza y de mi purificación, porque si las aguas no pasaran por donde tienen que pasar, no vendría el florecer que va a venir después para Perú.

Understand that I have a plan for My country of Peru, says the Lord. Understand that because I love My Peruvian son, I must correct him. This is part of My cleansing and My purification, because if the waters did not flow where they needed to flow, the flourishing that will come afterward for Peru would not come.

Perú es otro de mis países elegidos en el continente sudamericano, dice el Señor. Pero antes de que la luz resplandezca sobre Perú, tengo que sacudirlo aún más para que caigan los frutos podridos del árbol.

Peru is another one of My chosen countries on the South American continent, says the Lord. But before the light shines upon Peru, I must shake it even more so the rotten fruits will fall from the tree.

Hijitos, resistan, dice el Señor, porque estoy al tanto de todo. Mis ojos recorren todo Perú, desde sus límites hacia adentro, sin perderse nada de lo que sucede, de lo que ellos hacen, de lo que ellos dicen. No estoy ignorando la corrupción de los gobiernos, y uno a uno he venido cortando las cabezas. No ha sido el azar el que los ha sacado de ese trono. Ha sido mi mano, dice Dios, porque ninguno de ellos ha sido digno de permanecer en ese trono peruano.

Little ones, stand firm, says the Lord, because I am aware of everything. My eyes range throughout all of Peru, from its borders inward, missing nothing of what happens, of what they do, of what they say. I am not ignoring the corruption of the governments, and one by one I have been cutting off the heads. It has not been chance that removed them from that throne. It has been My hand, says God, because none of them has been worthy to remain on that Peruvian throne.

Hijitos, dice el Señor, estoy al tanto y estoy al mando del timón de este barco. Resistan el sacudimiento político que aún se tiene que dar. Voy a permitir que esta mujer venga con mano dura, para que el pueblo desee la libertad y para que mi pueblo se encienda en el fuego del Espíritu Santo, clamando y anhelando lo que les va a faltar.

Little ones, says the Lord, I know what is happening, and I am at the helm of this ship. Endure the political shaking that still has to take place. I will allow this woman to come with a heavy hand, so that the people will desire freedom and so that My people will be ignited in the fire of the Holy Spirit, crying out for and longing for what they will lack.

Los amo, amados míos, dice el Señor, pero tengo que corregir a mi pueblo peruano y tengo que mostrar mi gloria para que sepan que Yo soy el que gobierna en las naciones de Latinoamérica.

I love you, My beloved, says the Lord, but I must correct My Peruvian people, and I must show My glory so they will know that I am the One who governs in the nations of Latin America.

Noelia: El Señor dice a sus hijos en Perú que oren y proclamen un nuevo Perú, aunque aún no lo vean, como si aquello que desean ya hubiera sido hecho, aunque aún no esté hecho, como viendo lo que todavía no se ve para el Perú. Estoy viendo un futuro de paz y de libertad para Perú, una ausencia de control y de opresión. Veo los caminos despejados y un crecimiento para este país. Pero antes de ser levantado, Perú tiene que bajar un poco más.

Noelia: The Lord tells His children in Peru to pray and proclaim a new Peru, even though they don’t yet see it, as if what they desire had already been done, even though it hasn’t yet been done, as though they were seeing what is still unseen for Peru. I am seeing a future of peace and freedom for Peru, an absence of control and oppression. I see the roads cleared and growth for this country. But before Peru is lifted up, it needs to go down a little more.

El Señor dice que su pueblo en Perú tiene que interceder contra estos espíritus de dureza que vienen a provocar que los corazones del pueblo se vuelvan aún más como una roca, que las mentes se cierren más que antes para no desear ningún cambio. Y el Señor repite que su pueblo, que tiene poder en su habla en el nombre de Jesús, llame a las cosas que no son como si fueran.

The Lord says that His people in Peru need to intercede against these spirits of hardness that are coming to cause the people’s hearts to become even more like rock and their minds to close off even more than before, so they will not desire any change. And the Lord repeats that His people, who have power in their words in the name of Jesus, should call the things that are not as though they were.

Estoy juntando sus lágrimas en mi redoma, dice el Señor. No estén tristes, sino que aprovechen este ambiente que se viene sobre Perú, a través de esta forma de manejarse en este nuevo gobierno, para hablar sobre mí, para mostrar un amor que ellos no van a mostrar. Mantengan sus corazones blanditos y no se dejen influenciar por esta mujer de hierro, por esta dama de acero.

I am gathering your tears in My bottle, says the Lord. Do not be sad; instead, use this atmosphere that is coming over Peru through the way this new government will operate as an opportunity to speak about Me, to show a love that they will not show. Keep your hearts soft, and do not let yourselves be influenced by this woman of iron, by this lady of steel.

Tengan fe y resistan, amados míos, porque hay un tiempo establecido para que comience y termine este gobierno.

Have faith and stand firm, My beloved, because there is an appointed time for this government to begin and to end.

Noelia: Estoy viendo un reloj de arena. El tiempo corre y esta señora viene a implementar muchos cambios lo más rápido que pueda, pero hay un pueblo que, con la espada de la Palabra, viene a provocar retraso en esos cambios cuando no sean para el bien de Perú.

Noelia: I am seeing an hourglass. Time is ticking, and this woman is coming to implement many changes as quickly as she can, but there is a people who, with the sword of the Word, will cause delays in those changes when they are not for the good of Peru.

Por lo tanto, esto también es un llamado de intercesión para el pueblo del Señor. Esto es un llamado al quebrantamiento. Cuanto más duro se ponga el pueblo peruano, más blandos tienen que mantenerse los hijos de Dios. Cuanto menos lloren y más duros se vean los rostros, más quebrantados tienen que mantenerse los Suyos.

Therefore, this is also a call to intercession for the Lord’s people. This is a call to brokenness. The harder the Peruvian people become, the softer the children of God need to remain. The less they weep and the harder their faces look, the more broken His own must remain.

Estoy viendo que este movimiento viene a provocar un ataque contra el arte en Perú, porque el arte se mueve bajo un espíritu de libertad. La creatividad necesita desarrollarse en un ambiente libre para poder concretar las ideas. Pero cuando uno está bajo opresión y le falta la libertad para moverse, cuando uno se siente controlado, el arte mengua en una región.

I am seeing that this movement is coming to bring about an attack on art in Peru, because art moves under a spirit of freedom. Creativity needs to develop in a free environment in order to bring ideas into being. But when someone is under oppression and lacks the freedom to move, when someone feels controlled, art begins to wane in a region.

El Señor habla de estas cosas porque todo es importante para Él y porque todo influye en su pueblo. Por lo tanto, su pueblo también tiene que orar a favor del arte inspirado por Dios y en contra de estas sogas que vienen a atar a los adoradores peruanos, a los artistas en Perú que están guiados por el Espíritu de Dios.

The Lord speaks about these things because everything is important to Him and because everything influences His people. Therefore, His people also need to pray for God-inspired art and against these ropes that are coming to bind the Peruvian worshipers, the artists in Peru who are guided by the Spirit of God.

El Señor también me hacía entender que Keiko Fujimori viene a continuar con un legado familiar que quedó en pausa. Ella viene guardando y juntando en su haber espiritual cosas que le han enseñado sus antepasados y que aún no han sido puestas en práctica, o cosas que se habían retirado del Perú y que ella quiere volver a aplicar con fuerza.

The Lord also made me understand that Keiko Fujimori is coming to continue a family legacy that was put on hold. She has been keeping and gathering in her spiritual storehouse things her ancestors taught her that have not yet been put into practice, or things that had been removed from Peru and that she wants to apply again with force.

Oren por esto y no se dejen apagar, dice el Señor.

Pray about this and do not let your fire go out, says the Lord.

Noelia: El Señor repite que los Suyos tengan esperanza, porque esto es parte de su plan para que, sintiéndose sus hijos vigilados, ellos deseen un cambio real, para que su pueblo desee la libertad, para que su pueblo se harte de estar en ese estado de frustración política y realmente se levante de la comodidad donde está, se mueva espiritual y físicamente, y se encienda por las cosas de Dios.

Noelia: The Lord repeats that His own should have hope, because this is part of His plan for His children to desire real change as they feel watched, for His people to desire freedom, for His people to grow tired of being in that state of political frustration and truly rise up from the complacency they are in, move spiritually and physically, and be ignited for the things of God.

Tengan esperanza y resistan, dice el Señor. Todo es posible para aquel que habita en Mí. Están en mi mano. No se olviden de que los amo. Profeticen y no se dejen callar. Muévanse en el poder y la manifestación del Espíritu de Dios a través de los dones espirituales.

Have hope and stand firm, says the Lord. All things are possible for the one who dwells in Me. You are in My hand. Do not forget that I love you. Prophesy and do not let yourselves be silenced. Move in the power and manifestation of the Spirit of God through the spiritual gifts.

Noelia: Y el Señor me muestra que, mientras esta situación se da por el tiempo que se tenga que dar en Perú, hay un remanente en la iglesia peruana que cobra valentía, que gana denuedo, así como los cristianos en China, que cuanto más perseguidos, más dispuestos están a entregar sus vidas.

Noelia: And the Lord shows me that, while this situation plays out for as long as it has to in Peru, there is a remnant in the Peruvian church that becomes courageous, that gains boldness, like the Christians in China, who, the more persecuted they are, the more willing they are to lay down their lives.

No estoy diciendo que Perú va a llegar a este extremo. Es solo una comparación que el Espíritu de Dios está usando en este momento para que su iglesia en Perú entienda que esto tiene un propósito para bien, inclusive para los Suyos.

I’m not saying that Peru will reach this extreme. It’s only a comparison the Spirit of God is using right now so His church in Peru will understand that this has a purpose for good, even for His own.
